Rev. Mark has served as Senior Minister of Harvard Avenue Christian Church since 2009. He is a third generation Disciples of Christ minister and holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mark serves as leader of the staff team, casts vision with the people of the church, and helps care for the needs of our people along with Rev. Albrecht. Mark is an enthsuastic preacher, sports fan, and loves getting lost in book stores. He adores his wife, Carrie, and their two young children, Morgan and Dane. |

Betsey coordinates our building usage, edits the Welcome Mat (weekly newsletter), created and manages the Website, manages the office, and supervises the production of the weekly worship programs, as well as develops many art projects for the church. She attended the University of Tulsa, majoring in Art. She is married to John who is a commercial artist and they have three sons. They have been members of Faith United Methodist Church for 29 years but Betsey considers HACC her church family, too. Betsey works full time and is in the office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays until 1:00 pm |

Benny joined the staff August 14, 2008 as the Finance Manager. His duties include: recording contributions, making payments, preparing payroll information and distributing paychecks, maintaining donor and employee files, and preparing various monthly reports. He received his degrees from North Texas State University and The University of Oklahoma. After 30 years of teaching, he joined the Phillips Theological Seminary's Business Office in January 1, 1998. He is married to Julia (August 18, 1956) and they have two children, Michael and Vicki, and two grandchildren, Chris and Moriah. After 25 years, Julia retired from PTS as Secretary to the President. Benny is in the office Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. |

Darlene, who is a member of HACC, stepped forward to head up the children's ministries during a transitional time and the Personnel Committee decided to ask her to continue her good work on a permanent basis. Darlene was employed by Tulsa Public Schools and one of her duties there was teaching parenting classes. She brings invaluable skills and talents to this position and is initiating some innovative improvements in the children's area. She is married to David and has two girls, Amelia and Zoey. We are very happy to welcome Darlene to our ministry team. Darlene's office hours will be flexible, but you will usually be able to find her in Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Sunday mornings. Colt has been a part of the HACC Team since 2005 and has led our youth on numerous mission trips, ski trips, and retreats. Of the many aspects that make up Colt's life, his love for the Lord, his love for his wife, Jess, and his love for creation are the most significant. Colt and his beautiful wife, Jess, were married in May of 2005 and are the parents to two very active German Shepherds, Aragorn and Leonidas. Colt loves to surf, longboard, ski, kayak, and will rock your world in anything that invovles a Frisbee; basically anything outdoors that poses a challenge to his existence. Music Assistant: Libby Sublett Libby assists in the Music Department, not only helping with children's and youth choirs and organizing and filing music, but also as an accomplished soloist on Sunday mornings and during special musical events. Praise Service Music Leader: Isaac Herbert Isaac Herbert is a Graduate of the Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences and a senior at Oral Roberts University, majoring in guitar performance. He is the front man for the rock/blues band Redwood Rising and has extensive experience with contemporary Christian music. This past spring, Isaac married his long time sweetheart, Sarah Grace, a vocal music major, who will be supportinhg Isaac's musical ministry with her presence and her voice. Isaac says he is excited about the opportunity to lead the Praise Service worshippers. "As the Praise Service moves in a new direction, we look forward to joining with Harvard Avenue Christians in lifting up Christ through our music. Isaac will also continue working with Colt Stubblefield as the Youth Ministry Intern, a position he has held for over three years. |

Music Director: Susie Monger-Daugherty Susie came to our church family in 1999 from the staff of Tulsa's First Christian Church. She selects and arranges music for traditional worship, special services and concerts, and also serves as organist, pianist, and director of children and youth choirs and ensemble activities. Susie developed a love of church music as a child, as she listened to her father at the piano every Sunday, and eventually became pianist for children's church at age 9. Susie has considerable experience in musicaltheatre, and after earning her BME from the University of Tulsa, she spent several years in NYC and on the road thorugh the US, singing, acting and musical directing. Upon returning to Tulsa, she worked as a school music teacher, and directed Tulsa's American Theatre Company children's musical theatre program. Susie's husband, Rex, and their children, P.J. and Teddy , all share her passion for the arts and humanities. |

Bethany began her ministry at Harvard Avenue Christian Church on March 1, 2009. Bethany has a B.A. in Christian Education and a Master of Divinity, both from Disciples-related educational institutions. She reports that she received her call to ministry at the age of seven. From that moment forwad her heart and her faith journey moved her in directions to fulfill that call to ministry, which was formalized on the day of her ordination. Bethany has worked with children, youth and adults of all ages. She believes that the church is created by people who gather together as the body of Christ for the mission of Christ's church to worship, study, fellowship, and to serve.
